- Run the coordinators and staff across the venues of an international forum: task allocation, timing control, quick decisions
- Keep the working docs: registers, summary tables, schedules and reports
- Back up the head of the forum: prepping materials, tracking assignments, linking the venue teams

- Got through the competitive selection for the Young Producers School
- Developed and defended the concept of a large cultural project: from audience research and user experience to the financial model, partnership strategy and roll-out plan
- The project made it into the programme's best works and was shown at the final defence — it goes live in 2027
